I dabble in web design. I hesitate to call it development, I typically just use an existing template from static site frameworks like Hugo and Astro. I have gotten pretty adept at tweaking them to suit my needs, and using Claude Code to modify the backend more extensively beyond my current abilities.
I enjoy self hosting these websites as well. Expect to see nginx configs and website management procedures.
